All orders are handcrafted, packaged and shipped from our Parisian workshops within 1-4 business days.
In metropolitan France
Delivery is free in mainland France, to your home or to a relay point (1-2 working days).
In Europe
Home delivery by Colissimo (2-3 working days).

We hope you love your Neije item as much as we loved designing, creating and wearing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of the date you received your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day after delivery of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day.
Please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility if you wish to request a return, and will be deducted from your refund . Once your return is received, allow 4 to 5 days for processing and validation. Once validated by our team, you will receive your refund within the following 5 working days.
Please note that shipping will be free if you wish to request an exchange (valid only for metropolitan France within 14 days). The limit is one exchange because the shipping costs are free and this has a cost. Once your return is received, allow 4 to 5 days for processing and validation. Once validated by our team, your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible via Colissimo to the address indicated during your exchange request.

Post the jewel in its original packaging, in new condition and unworn to the address of our workshop - which will be communicated to you by email. Be sure to indicate inside your package the number of your order as well as the email address associated with it.
If the entire order is returned, any products received as a gift must also be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of damaged items (missing beads or pieces, scratches, indelible marks or stains or any other sign of wear to the product).
Neije does not cover the shipping costs or any customs duties and taxes for the return.
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked return method to ensure that your return is received in our workshop. We cannot be held responsible for tracking or any loss of your return by the shipping service used.
Any return made differently cannot be taken into account.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Yes, we ship to several countries. Administrative or customs fees may apply and are payable by the customer, depending on local regulations.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon shipment (remember to check your spam folder). You can also track your package from your customer account.
RETURNS
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Yes. We favor exchanges: upon receipt of your return, we issue a credit note (credit note) usable on our entire site.
The credit is valid for an unlimited period, in one or more installments, on all our jewelry excluding custom creations.
Personalized creations are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
OUR JEWELRY
Avoid repeated contact with water and cosmetics. Remove your jewelry at the end of the day and store it individually in its case, away from humidity and light.

The warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, oxidation linked to humidity or perfume).

Absolutely! Our jewelry, made in France, is specially designed to respect even the most sensitive skin. Our Parisian workshop rigorously selects high-quality hypoallergenic materials:

We restore your jewelry whenever possible. Regilding and resilvering are complimentary for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they remain available at any time.

Each piece is then sent to our workshop, where it will be carefully restored. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. If the jewelry is too damaged to be restored, we will inform you transparently.
