We have chosen Made in France and are proud to work today with French workshops. This choice has a cost but we are convinced of its positive impact in the long term.

Where the vast majority of jewelry houses produce on the other side of the world, we have chosen to work exclusively with players in our local economy. This choice of French manufacturing is not insignificant.

PRIORITIZE SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
Our products are designed in harmony with nature, which provides us with the essential materials, mainly minerals, for their manufacture. Aware of the vulnerability of certain resources and the impact of their extraction, we opt for sustainable sourcing methods, systematically favoring the use of recycled and recyclable materials. Through our actions, we contribute to the establishment of production chains that oppose the destruction of fauna and flora, extractivism, the use of harmful compounds and all types of atmospheric and aquatic pollution often associated with the jewelry industry.
EVER MORE ECOLOGICAL SOURCING
We strive to offer you sustainable materials , most often recycled, that meet the strictest environmental standards. The majority of our suppliers and manufacturing workshops are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. This certification ensures respect for the environment and human rights at every stage of the extraction, transformation and marketing process.
We use recycled 925 silver on the majority of our productions.
There is enough silver in the world today that we do not need to extract any more.
By using recycled silver in our designs, we give a second life to lost metals by transforming them into a sustainable piece of jewelry.
We create quality handcrafted jewelry, designed to last a lifetime.
Our pearls are grown on family farms where they are harvested with care, for the well-being of the pearl and the protection of the marine environment. We condemn unethical practices that tarnish both the brilliance of our materials and ours.
LESS PACKAGING, MORE RECYCLABLE
All our packaging is designed from recyclable and biodegradable materials, mainly cardboard, manufactured in Europe and complying with the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) label.
We also strive to reduce the volume of our packaging as much as possible, without compromising the quality and protection of our products.

DELIVERY
All deliveries of our jewelry are free of charge within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, shipping is free for purchases over €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs €30.
We ship worldwide.
All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Parisian workshop within 24 business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

Delivery is free in France by Colissimo to your home (1-2 working days).
In Europe
Home delivery by Colissimo (3-5 working days).
Internationally
Home delivery by Colissimo (7-9 working days).

Yes, we ship to several countries. Administrative or customs fees may apply and are payable by the customer, depending on local regulations
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon shipment (remember to check your spam folder). You can also track your package from your customer account.
RETURNS
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day.
No, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or non-compliant.

Within 14 days maximum after receipt and validation of the returned jewel, via the same payment method used when ordering.
Yes. We favor exchanges: upon receipt of your return, we issue a credit note (credit note) usable on our entire site.
The credit is valid for an unlimited period, in one or more installments, on all our jewelry excluding custom creations.
Personalized creations are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
OUR JEWELRY
Avoid repeated contact with water and cosmetics. Remove your jewelry at the end of the day and store it individually in its case, away from humidity and light.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, oxidation linked to humidity or perfume).

Absolutely! Our jewelry, made in France, is specially designed to respect even the most sensitive skin. Our Parisian workshop rigorously selects high-quality hypoallergenic materials:

The advantage of our jewelry made in France
Our French expertise allows us to control every stage of manufacturing in our workshops. This artisanal mastery guarantees:

We restore your jewelry whenever possible. Regilding and resilvering are complimentary for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they remain available at any time.
For any inquiries, please write to us at hello@neije.com and attach a photo of the jewelry in question. We will get back to you quickly to assess the feasibility and provide you with details of the steps.
Each piece is then sent to our workshop, where it will be carefully restored. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. If the jewelry is too damaged to be restored, we will inform you transparently.
