NEIJE is a 100% Paris-made jewelry brand born from a desire: to create each piece of jewelry as if it were dressing a character in a novel.
neije (/nɛʒ/) snow
Its name is inspired by the snowflake-like pearls.
I founded NEIJE because, as a designer, I never identified with the conventions of fashion. I was often told what jewelry should be, but I imagine it differently; I conceive of each piece as a wearable fragment of a story, a bridge between matter and imagination.
My ambition is to create pieces that have meaning. Jewelry that doesn't just adorn, but accompanies, protects, and tells a story. Like modern talismans, they carry a symbolism that is sometimes secret, often intimate, but always open to interpretation, a bit like a poem that is reread differently each time.
With NEIJE, I want to restore jewelry to its essence: an intimate gesture, a symbol, an extension of oneself. Creations designed to endure through moments, from day to night, and to become fragments in the story of our lives.

At NEIJE, each piece of jewelry is designed to last, not to be mass-produced. We believe in limited editions: almost unique pieces, crafted in small quantities using a local and responsible approach.
Our commitment to the planet guides each of our choices. Aware of the impact of the fashion industry on the environment, we opt for responsible craftsmanship: recycled and sustainable materials, low-waste production, and constant attention to our carbon footprint.
All our jewelry is handmade, made to order or in small batches, to avoid overproduction. Nothing is left to chance: every scrap of metal is collected, melted down and reused to create new pieces.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Obsessed with quality, we craft each collection in our Parisian workshop using traditional techniques. We develop and evaluate the prototype until it reaches the required quality level and the proportions are deemed perfect.
Each piece of jewelry is designed and assembled by hand, with meticulous attention to detail.
Our workshop brings together design, engineering, prototyping, and shipping in one location. This allows us to keep a close eye on every stage of the manufacturing process and guarantee a perfect product.
We received the MADE IN PARIS label as a symbol of our commitment to local and responsible creation.
LUXURY AND SUSTAINABILITY
At NEIJE we use recycled 18-carat gold plating and 925 silver on the majority of our products.
There is already enough gold and silver in the world that we don't need to extract any more.
By using recycled gold plating and silver in our creations, we give a second life to discarded metals by transforming them into sustainable jewelry.

MATERIALS AND QUALITY
At NEIJE, quality begins with the choice of materials. All our pieces are made from recycled metals or sourced from responsible supply chains. We work exclusively with suppliers based in France, specializing in recycled gold and silver, in order to limit the extraction of new resources and prioritize ethical production.
Our materials are carefully selected to ensure our jewelry is hypoallergenic.

All deliveries of our jewelry are free of charge within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, shipping is free for purchases over €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs €30.

All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Parisian workshop within 24 business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon shipment (remember to check your spam folder). You can also track your package from your customer account.
RETURNS
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day.
No, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or non-compliant.

Within 14 days maximum after receipt and validation of the returned jewel, via the same payment method used when ordering.
Yes. We favor exchanges: upon receipt of your return, we issue a credit note (credit note) usable on our entire site.
The credit is valid for an unlimited period, in one or more installments, on all our jewelry excluding custom creations.
Personalized creations are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
OUR JEWELRY
Avoid repeated contact with water and cosmetics. Remove your jewelry at the end of the day and store it individually in its case, away from humidity and light.

All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, oxidation linked to humidity or perfume).

Absolutely! Our jewelry, made in France, is specially designed to respect even the most sensitive skin. Our Parisian workshop rigorously selects high-quality hypoallergenic materials:

The advantage of our jewelry made in France
Our French expertise allows us to control every stage of manufacturing in our workshops. This artisanal mastery guarantees:

We restore your jewelry whenever possible. Regilding and resilvering are complimentary for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they remain available at any time.
For any inquiries, please write to us at hello@neije.com and attach a photo of the jewelry in question. We will get back to you quickly to assess the feasibility and provide you with details of the steps.
Each piece is then sent to our workshop, where it will be carefully restored. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. If the jewelry is too damaged to be restored, we will inform you transparently.
Do you want to lengthen or shorten a piece of jewelry? It is possible.
