All deliveries of our jewelry are free of charge within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, shipping is free for purchases over €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs €30.

All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Parisian workshop within 24 business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

RETURNS
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day.
No, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or non-compliant.

Yes. We favor exchanges: upon receipt of your return, we issue a credit note (credit note) usable on our entire site.
The credit is valid for an unlimited period, in one or more installments, on all our jewelry excluding custom creations.
Personalized creations are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
OUR JEWELRY
Avoid repeated contact with water and cosmetics. Remove your jewelry at the end of the day and store it individually in its case, away from humidity and light.

The warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, oxidation linked to humidity or perfume).

We restore your jewelry whenever possible. Regilding and resilvering are complimentary for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they remain available at any time.
For any inquiries, please write to us at hello@neije.com and attach a photo of the jewelry in question. We will get back to you quickly to assess the feasibility and provide you with details of the steps.
Each piece is then sent to our workshop, where it will be carefully restored. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. If the jewelry is too damaged to be restored, we will inform you transparently.
