At NEIJE, quality starts with the choice of materials. All our pieces are made from recycled metals or from responsible supply chains. We work mainly with suppliers based in France, specialized in recycled gold and silver, to limit the extraction of new resources and favor ethical production.
Our jewelry is designed with carefully selected materials to guarantee durability and hypoallergenicity.
925 silver: Our sterling silver pieces are manufactured to quality standards that exceed French legislative requirements. They guarantee strength, brilliance and durability.
Hallmarks and natural pearls: Each piece of jewelry, whether gold- or silver-plated, is hallmarked to certify its authenticity. Our freshwater cultured pearls, from AA to AAA grade, are natural, hand-selected for their brilliance and regularity. The pearls are hand-mounted on a wire renowned for its exceptional strength and suppleness. Our jewelry is designed to be worn every day. Water-resistant and pleasant to wear, they should nevertheless be removed for prolonged bathing or sporting activities, to preserve their full brilliance.

FRESHWATER CULTURED PEARL
Freshwater cultured pearls produced in lakes, rivers or ponds are grown in mussels, unlike saltwater cultured pearls which come from oysters. They come in a variety of colors: lavender, white, peach or black.

ONYX

The majority of our suppliers and manufacturing workshops are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. This certification ensures respect for the environment and human rights at every stage of the extraction, transformation and marketing process.
We use recycled 925 silver on the majority of our productions.
There is enough silver in the world today that we do not need to extract any more.
By using recycled silver in our designs, we give a second life to lost metals by transforming them into a sustainable piece of jewelry.

All deliveries of our jewelry are free of charge within the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, shipping is free for purchases over €200. For orders under €200, shipping costs €30.

All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Parisian workshop within 24 business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

RETURNS
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day.
No, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or non-compliant.

Yes. We favor exchanges: upon receipt of your return, we issue a credit note (credit note) usable on our entire site.

OUR JEWELRY
Avoid repeated contact with water and cosmetics. Remove your jewelry at the end of the day and store it individually in its case, away from humidity and light.

The warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects (excluding normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, oxidation linked to humidity or perfume).

We restore your jewelry whenever possible. Regilding and resilvering are complimentary for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they remain available at any time.
For any inquiries, please write to us at hello@neije.com and attach a photo of the jewelry in question. We will get back to you quickly to assess the feasibility and provide you with details of the steps.
Each piece is then sent to our workshop, where it will be carefully restored. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. If the jewelry is too damaged to be restored, we will inform you transparently.
