Our jewelry is designed with carefully selected materials to guarantee durability, hypoallergenicity and water resistance.

Gold plating : Each piece undergoes an exclusive process, including baths in 18-carat (750/000) gold. A final tinting step, performed in a 980/000 gold bath, protects the plating from natural oxidation. Our gold-plated jewelry is 3 to 5 microns thick, ensuring great resistance to time and the vagaries of life.

925 silver : Manufactured to standards that exceed French legislation, our silver jewelry guarantees impeccable quality.

Hallmarks and natural pearls: All our pieces, whether gold- or silver-plated, are hallmarked. The pearls we use, whether freshwater or fine stone, are always natural.

To best preserve your jewelry, avoid contact with :

Chlorine (swimming pool, Jacuzzi)
Household or abrasive products
Products containing alcohol (nail polish remover, perfume).

PEARL BRACELETS
Measure your wrist with a tape measure or string. Sizes in cm correspond to wrist sizes. We offer 4 sizes for our bracelets: S, M, L and XL, adapted to the most common wrist diameters. Sizes are indicative and vary according to the type of bracelet, due to pearl sizes or different mountings. It is therefore not always possible to adjust them precisely.

SIZE S: Wrist up to 15 cm

SIZE M: Wrist up to 17 cm

SIZE L: Wrist up to 19 cm

SIZE XL: Wrist up to 21 cm

PEARL NECKLACES
Our necklaces are available in sizes 40, 45 and 50.

This number corresponds to the length of the necklace, in centimeters, from one end to the other.

All our necklaces come with a 5 cm extension chain.

Choose according to the width of your neck and the style you're looking for:

Size 40: Ideal for wearing around the neck, especially for women.
Size 45: Standard size, perfect for a mixed look.
Size 50: For wider necks or loose fit.

DELIVERY

All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Parisian workshop within 24 business hours.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

In metropolitan France

Delivery is free in mainland France for purchases over €100, to your home or to a collection point (1-2 working days).

In Europe

Home delivery by Colissimo (3-5 working days).

Internationally

Home delivery by Colissimo (7-9 working days).

RETURN / EXCHANGE

We hope you enjoy your Neije item as much as we enjoyed designing, creating and wearing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in its original condition, with all original packaging, within 14 days of the date of your order.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs if your request is for a refund.

Return shipping is free if your request is for an exchange.

For every gift, every NEIJE creation is elegantly presented in our beautiful eco-designed boxes,
adorned with our iconic logo and wrapped in a ribbon.

The jewelry is carefully protected in a reusable recycled fabric pouch, ideal for storing jewelry and other accessories, perfect for travel and long-lasting use.

For added discretion, all items are shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging.
