- Diving into a pool with your jewelry may be tempting, but avoid chlorine.
- Keep it natural and avoid cleaning products, body lotions, hairspray, and perfume when wearing pearl jewelry.
- Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place, always away from direct light, humidity, and extreme heat.
GILDING
Gold-plated jewelry is sensitive to humidity and friction. To preserve its shine, dry it with a soft cloth if it comes into contact with water. This will help absorb moisture down to the details of the piece.
For a more thorough cleaning, a soft cloth soaked in 90% alcohol is enough to revive the finish. This method should be avoided on pearls, whose fragile surface could be damaged.
SILVERAGE
Silver jewelry naturally reacts to air. It is possible for a piece of jewelry to blacken, even when worn sparingly. This is a natural phenomenon: even solid silver oxidizes. To revive the finish, gently rub the surface with a chamois cloth, a slightly abrasive cloth designed for this purpose. This operation can be repeated occasionally, but not excessively, to avoid thinning the silver layer. Wearing your jewelry regularly helps limit oxidation.
SOLID MONEY
925 silver is a precious metal. It can be worn daily without risking damage to its shine. It is even recommended to wear silver regularly to prevent the natural oxidation process.
If your jewelry oxidizes, simply rub it dry with a chamois cloth to restore its shine. Taking care of your jewelry means extending what has been carefully done. It means choosing the right rhythm, based on duration and transmission.

Although our jewelry is not afraid of water itself, soaps, and especially chlorinated water, can cause damage, such as tarnishing the mother-of-pearl.
When not wearing your jewelry, store it in the fabric pouch we provided for maximum protection.
You can use a microfiber cloth which will allow you to revive all your jewelry.

We offer a jewelry maintenance and repair service that covers most needs. This service includes a complete reassembly of your jewelry and polishing/reviving of silver and gold-plated pieces.

RETURNS
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The 14-day period begins the day after delivery of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the first working day.
No, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is damaged or non-compliant.

Each piece is then sent to our workshop, where it will be carefully restored. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. If the jewelry is too damaged to be restored, we will inform you transparently.
