• To keep your coins in their original condition, remove them before any activity where you sweat.
• Keep it natural and avoid cleaning products, body lotions, hairspray, and perfume when wearing NEIJE jewelry.
• Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place, always away from direct light, humidity, and extreme heat.

BRACELETS

Measure your wrist using a tape measure or string. The sizes in cm correspond to wrist sizes. We offer 4 sizes for our bracelets: S, M, L and XL, adapted to the most common wrist diameters. The sizes are indicative and vary depending on the type of bracelet, due to the sizes of the beads or the different assemblies. It is therefore not always possible to adjust them precisely.

SIZE S: Wrist up to 15 cm

SIZE M: Wrist up to 17 cm

SIZE L: Wrist up to 19 cm

SIZE XL: Wrist up to 21 cm

NECKLACES

Our necklaces are available in sizes 40, 45 and 50 .

This number corresponds to the length of the necklace, in centimeters, from one end to the other.

All our necklaces have a 5 cm extension chain.

Choose according to the width of your neck and the style you are looking for:

• Size 40 : Ideal for wearing around the neck, especially for women.
• Size 45 : Standard size, perfect for a mixed look.
• Size 50 : For wider necks or a loose fit.

All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Parisian workshop within 24 business hours. If you order before 1 p.m. on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully processed and another email when your order has been shipped.

In metropolitan France

Delivery is free in mainland France for purchases over €100, to your home or to a collection point (1-2 working days).

In Europe

Home delivery by Colissimo (3-5 working days).

Internationally

Home delivery by Colissimo (7-9 working days).

We hope you love your Neije item as much as we loved designing, creating and wearing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of your order date.

To help us refund you as quickly as possible, we have implemented a quick and easy online returns process. To request a return or exchange, please log in to our returns portal and submit your request.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility if your request concerns a refund.

Return shipping will be free if your request concerns an exchange.

Each NEIJE creation is elegantly presented in our beautiful, eco-friendly boxes, adorned with our iconic logo.

The boxes are wrapped with a ribbon and the jewelry is protected in a reusable recycled fabric pouch, perfect for storing your jewelry and other items, ideal for travel and continuous use for years.

For added security, all items are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging.
